9. What if I need to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from VetShop.com, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost, within 30 days. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.

10. Do I need a prescription to order products from VetShop.com?
No, our products are over the counter products therefore they do not require a prescription.

11. How long are my credits valid with VetShop.com?
All credits will only be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
